Wiro Binding

Twin-Loop-wiro binding binding is a colorful and versatile type of book binding chosen for its ability to fold completely over on itself or lay flat for easy working.

The metal wiro come in a variety of colours and sizes to suit various sizes of books.

Your books can be bound with laminated covers or the traditional acetate front cover and stiff card backing.

Continuous Coil Binding

Continuous Coil binding is a colorful and versatile type of book binding chosen for its ability to fold completely over on itself or lay flat for easy working.

The coils are a very strong plastic and vary in size from ¼ inch to several inches.

Your books can be bound with laminated covers or the traditional acetate front cover and stiff card backing.

Perfect Binding

Perfect binding is great for training manuals, sports programs, novels and any thick paperback or hardback. Perfect book binding is accomplished with digitally printed pages clamped in a vise-like structure.

These pages are drawn across a blade that carves notches in the bound edge. This “roughed up" spine is passed over a hot melt glue dispenser. Glue adheres to the edges and works its way into the notches.

After the glue is applied to the spine, the whole assembly is forced into what will become the wrap around cover.

Completing the book binding, the cover is folded around the “book block”, glued and folded up the front and back of the book.

Saddle Stitch

Saddle stitching is ideal for booklets and magazines up to 100 pages. The booklet is printed in sections, then folded and collated prior to two staples being fired through the centre of the book.

With our new finishing line recently installed, we can then square edge the book giving an appearance of a perfect bound book.

Saddle stitching is a very cost effective method of binding large volume books.
